Sam and Kath were gonna be united
Here in the city of Bristol
I allowed myself to become excited
And I was right not one moment was dull
In the days we laughed we played games and cuddled
It was all such a rush to the head
At night with my darling girlfriend I snuggled
Protecting her from the cold in our shitty bed
We went out on dates to restaurants and pubs
I was happy as can be at each one
And we never raved or moshed in a club
Because dancing together was always more fun
We'd help each other study I'd help her de-stress
I'd always love to see her cute smile
And once she was calm her hair still a mess
I'd keep on grinning for a good long while
And that's how it went for twelve short weeks
Both being happy through all kinds of weather
And though I take drama and she takes Greek
We'll always be happier when we're together
