Poem: Lego brick (K)

As each second and minute with you passes by
Time moves so much faster it begins to fly
But as each day passes new bricks fall into place
And there's an even bigger smile on my face
' Cause we keep on getting closer with each and every day
As we sit with our bricks and so happily play
We know what we're building isn't just for a laugh
It's for our future together as Sam and Kath

And we keep on building more, piece by piece
With each and every day we're closer to peace
We'll build a house with a book room an one hell of a view
By the sea a place where it's just me a you
We'll build swing ball, a trampoline, Dalek salt and pepper shakers
We'll learn to cook together and learn to be great bakers
Well have our house, our home and a garden too
And I'm gonna love my whole life here both with and for you

We're gonna live life together just you and me
A life of love and joy and serenity
And right now we get closer to our perfect life
With this work you do now while I hold you so tight
And I'm proud of our progress and I'm so proud of you
I'm so glad we're so perfect and glad you feel it too
Cause when we're together the whole world seems to click
After all you are my lovely Lego brick
