A bit of Latin for you :) (AKA happy anniversary :))

Happy Anniversary Sam, I love you so much and you mean the absolute world to me.

Here is your present from me, a bit of Latin of a song I think we both love I reckon if you get it, it'll be from the name itself. If you translate any of this them hot damn Sam!

I came up with this a bit ago, and I'm not sure how it'll go down. I was mostly thinking of how last Christmas you wrote that beautiful poem and then gave me a Latinised version of it too. It made me so happy and it was so thoughtful, and here is my humble return hope even if you can't translate it you like it :3 took a while, and I imagine I've made a fair few mistakes but I hope it's okay
